Thanks for stopping by and getting to know me!

About five years ago, I moved to the United States — and like many newcomers, I found myself struggling with the language barrier early on. Rather than letting it hold me back, I started looking for other ways to bridge the gap. That experience naturally shifted my perspective: instead of focusing on what I couldn't express, I began paying closer attention to how others communicated and solved problems. It planted the seed for what would become my passion for UX — putting myself in other people's shoes and finding creative, intuitive solutions that work for everyone.

Before transitioning into design, I worked as an event coordinator, where I learned to deeply empathize with clients and collaborate on solutions that balanced creativity with reliability. That blend of people-first thinking and problem-solving is something I carry into every design project today.

Outside of design, I love finding ways to express my creativity — whether that's through acrylic painting, watercolor, or sketching. When I'm not making something, you'll probably find me in the kitchen cooking up something new, unwinding with a good show, or getting lost in a video game — always with Bucuo keeping me company.
