Q: What motivates you to shop online?

A: Online shopping makes my life easier... especially when it turns out that my refrigerator is empty and I urgently need to buy groceries. Sometimes I really need fast delivery.

Q: Have you ever used virtual try-on features while shopping?

A: Yes, I have. I found out that Adidas had launched an augmented reality feature... It was a very cool experience for me and I think it would be great if more brands used this feature.

Q: What do you usually buy at Walmart?

A: When I was a student, I would often visit Walmart to find school and dorm supplies at the best price... Now, I prefer to buy groceries online from Walmart.

Q: What do you think of the Walmart app?

A: I think the app is fine, but sometimes it glitches and that really bothers me. In general, it is easy to select and order items. I also like that the app shows me exclusive online offers.

Q: Could you please tell me more about your shopping experience at Walmart?

A: I don't like to visit Walmart because I don't feel comfortable... I think Walmart is mostly visited by older people rather than young adults like me.

Q: What would attract you to buy necessary things in Walmart?

A: I think good deals and offers can increase my interest in shopping at Walmart because I don't want to spend too much money on essentials.
